The first focus as we begin March’s Spring Cleaning Challenge is our environment. Mental, physical, and emotional changes will not last if our environments encourage unhealthy habits. Setting up one’s self for success includes the world one lives in. As you clean out and re-organize your home, keep intentionality in mind.
Are your spaces organized to where you can find what you need easily?
Are there any spaces in your home that you actively avoid due to clutter? Can these spaces serve the needs of you and your family better?
Are there clothes that you have not worn in a long time? Could someone else benefit from them?
What kinds of foods are most easily accessible in your home? Perhaps try making unhealthy foods more difficult to reach, replacing immediate spaces with healthy snacks. These could be nuts, fruits, veggies, or protein!
