First things First - Before you begin sessions or classes at Move UP
Please sign up for a Free Consultation. It is important to us to spend this time with you. This session is for us to talk over pre-existing conditions and evaluate range of motion. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions. Please come in clothes that you can move around in comfortably. Exercise clothes are a good example. You will also need socks as the evaluation is done without shoes. Please fill out the client info form or come early so you can fill out the form in person. This is a One on One session with a Move Up Wichita coach. If you want a specific coach please be sure you schedule with the intended person.
Private Sessions are based upon the Level of Education and Experience of your Instructor.
New Habit Package
Five sessions — $390 (Recommended when multiple instructors collaborate to establish new movement or wellness habits.)
Trainer Private Sessions
Level 1: $30 per session | 5-session package — $28 per session
Level 2: $40 per session | 5-session package — $38 per session
Level 3: $50 per session | 5-session package — $48 per session
Instructor Private Sessions
Level 1: $65 per session | 5-session package — $60 per session
Level 2: $75 per session | 5-session package — $70 per session
Level 3: $85 per session | 5-session package — $80 per session (recurring)
Level 4: $95 per session | 4-session package — $90 per session
Notes
Package pricing applies when sessions are purchased and scheduled as a bundle.
Recurring designation indicates ongoing, regularly scheduled sessions under the package rate.

Class Pricing Explained
Drop in for a single mat class — just $11. Prefer to save? Grab a 4-class package and pay only $10 per class. Come move with us!
We highly recommend you take at least two sessions a week. That can be two private sessions, two mat classes, or a combination of private and mat classes. This consistent routine is the best way to maintain progress and support long-term results.
