“After a cancer diagnosis and surgery I was thinking about starting Pilates to help me recover. A family member knew several people who went to Move Up Wichita to work with Jessica and I decided to give it a try right before starting chemo. It was the best decision I made during cancer treatment. What were you struggling with before you found my studio?
Simple tasks were difficult and caused pain. I enjoy gardening and working outside, but those things (and others) were difficult and painful before I started working with you.
Why did you decide to choose this studio?
My son recommended you and he doesn't recommend someone unless he is really sold on them, which doesn't happen very often. He was very right to recommend you.
What results have you had since taking class regularly?
I can do more things better and for longer and with less pain. For instance, I can sit back on my heels without pain in my knees and I can jog without my legs feeling like lead and I can sleep better in beds other than my own without getting a terrible back ache.
What do you most value as a client of my studio?
I really enjoy working with you and I see results. I went from going to a chiropractor almost every week to hardly ever seeing one and I am better. I also have exercises I can use when something starts hurting.
What would you say to someone who was thinking about trying a class?
Go for it. I look forward to my classes with Jess. She is very good at diagnosing what is wrong and figuring out what exercises work best to fix the problem. She is concerned about my entire well-being and she is patient with helping me to do each exercises correctly to get the most benefit. She is awesome!
